My soil needs a home
Have soil, granular, or other material to move? We match it with a local home, a site that needs it, so disposal is not the only Ontario option. We can work with soil from Table 1 through Table 3.1 of the Excess Soil Quality Standards. Where O. Reg. 406/19 applies, we coordinate sampling and help with the RPRA Excess Soil Registry filing.

Table 1 through Table 3.1
A local home
The match is a site that needs the soil or material, not a default dump.
Table 1 to Table 3.1
Table 1 is full-depth background. The Rules say it matches Table 1 under O. Reg. 153/04, with leachate notes. Table 2.1 is volume-independent full-depth potable. Table 3.1 is volume-independent full-depth non-potable. The reuse site still has to be able to take it.
Filings when required
Not every load needs a registry notice. We say when O. Reg. 406/19 makes it part of the job.
Sampling stays honest
We coordinate it. A qualified person still signs what the regulation assigns to them.
