Farm land fill placement

This is how landowners get paid. We place clean fill on permitted land and you earn from the soil that arrives. Site alteration and fill permits are the applications we take on. The township still makes the decision.

  The owner is paid for soil placed under the agreement. The figure is not listed here.

• Clean fill only

  What arrives has to match the permit and the receiving site.

• Not every property qualifies

  Zoning, wells, drainage, and neighbours can all rule a site out. We would rather say so early.

• Paper before trucks

  Permit and agreement first. Soil second.
