Mission
The right material goes to the right home
Because everyone has needs. One person's surplus is another person's need. Soil Swap is the match.

Surplus on one side. A need on the other.
A contractor has soil, grindings, or brush to move. A landowner, a farm, or a job needs that same material. We introduce them and move it locally when the material and the rules fit.
- Excess soil
Soil that has to leave a project.
- Clay and sand
Ground we can use, hauled when we accept it.
- Gravel and asphalt grindings
Granular, reclaimed asphalt, and other aggregate.
- Old stone
Field stone, armour stone, rock, and concrete where the rules allow.
- Firewood and brush
Wood and branches that still have a use.
- Mulch, straw, topsoil, and compost
Organic material for a farm, a garden, or a grade.
Why the home should be local
A local home means less useful material is thrown away, the haul is shorter, and reuse comes before disposal. A shorter haul can cost less. What a load costs is said on the call. This page does not publish a price or a saving.
