Reclaimed asphalt pavement, often called asphalt grindings or RAP, and other granular can go to a job that needs aggregate. Say if you have a pile or if you need one.

Old armour stone, field stone, and similar rock are worth matching before they are broken up or buried. Broken concrete is a separate question, and only some of it has a reuse path in the excess soil rules.
